A weekend retreat to escape the daily life of working in Manhattan, my client turned to his childhood neighborhood of Lordship in Stratford Connecticut and found a small simple 1940's cape one block from the beach. The house was transformed to a 4 bedroom with a open interior plan for entertaining, A front Covered porch and new in the ground pool and deck at the rear yard.
